 Quick Tips
Increase water consumption.
Increase protein intake. Use a supplement if needed.
Eat clean... Real food from the earth, no packaged products.
Eliminate added sugar from your diet. No processed juices, alcohol, carbonated beverages.
Add nutrient dense fat burning foods to your diet. Whole grains, lean meats, lentils and hot peppers.
Don’t starve yourself and don’t eliminate carbs.
Drink green tea, coffee and ginger tea without milk or sugar.
Eat fruits as snacks but keep fruit consumption low. Bananas, Apples, Paw Paw are great options.
Cardio training 4-5 times per week, especially if you have a high body fat percentage and slow metabolism.
Do weight or resistance training 4-5 times per week. Make your training as intense as you safely can.
