Tips on getting back into shape after the holidays

Ham, Turkey, Pastelles, Black Cake, Punch De Creme and Rum, Rum, Rum. The season to be Merry is over across the globe but not in Trinidad and Tobago. Here the merriment continues as we engage in Carnival Festivities. What’s on your fete list? Did
you register to play mas in a pretty, sexy costume? Some of us may be looking at ourselves in the mirror regretting how much we have indulged during the Christmas Festivities. You can’t change the past but lets look at how we deal with the few extra pounds we may have put on during the Christmas Season, sorry to
disappoint you but there isn’t much you can do at this point. I know its not what you want to hear but I'm not about hoodwinking people into believing in “quick fixes”. Body transformation (without surgery) takes time. Extra fat piles
on quickly but it doesn’t go away as
quickly as it came. However, there
are a few things you can do improve
your appearance in this short space of time. I must emphasize that you can’t expect drastic, unreasonable results. Everyone is different. Results will differ. Results are not guaranteed but follow these tips and let’s see what happens.
