     1. Push Up Squat Main Muscles worked: Chest, Legs
In a decline pushup position with legs elevated on shoulders. The pushup and squat are done at the same time, as one goes down in a squat position gradually go down in a pushup. This exercise should be done in time with each other as to have a smooth motion.
Perform 4 sets 20 reps each set.

Main Muscles worked: Core , Biceps
With arms stretched overhead ,core tight and remaining as still as possible pick her up with both arms as evenly as possible and curl.
Perform 4 sets 10 reps each set and be sure to change her direction each set to ensure its even as possible.
