About

Hey!! My name is Natalie Howe. I am the Head Coach and Group Fitness Instructor at what is playfully coined "BACKYARD JAM". We are primarily an Outdoor Fitness type environment with specialties in HIIT and Circuit Training.

I lead a group of dynamic, enthusiastic, goal oriented individuals who are interested in adding some years to their life and life to their years.

ounded on the precept of Holism, I believe that exercise is a fundamental aspect in developing the whole individual. Being a Dragon Boat Athlete, Trail and Adventure Race Athlete and also a Road Runner, I take clients through a sustainable balance of exercises that are fun, functional and challenging. Workout circuits are always fresh, creative and rarely ever repeated.

We are more than just weight management. I incorporate powerful mindset tools to help you stay motivated, inspired and dedicated to changing your lifestyle.

My aim is be your motivator and accountability partner, to encourage you to improve the quality of your life through exercise. It's rarely about the destination, it's more about the journey of self discovery, pushing past perceived limitations and looking forward to new challenges.
