My secret to health fitness and a happy life is to simply remain calm do nothing less than your best.
After all of your accomplishments, any new goals in the near future?
The new goals are to give to those who need or impart knowledge to those that want it bringing continuity.
If you could go back in time to your younger self, what advice would you give yourself?
I advise myself to never doubt always persevere you've got this.
When you’re not training or working, what do you do for fun and how do you relax? When I'm not training or working I'm giving time to my other passion of breeding and raring Pedigree Rottweilers, spending time with family and friends.
