 Cookies &
Ice cream

Protein Pumpkin Spice
Oatmeal cookies
• 3 cups pumpkin or squash
• 2 cup oatmeal
• 2 scoops of any protein powder • 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chip
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1 tsp baking powder

Peel and boil pumpkin with cinnamon mash with a fork and set aside until cool
When pumpkin is cool add oats, and all other ingredients mix
On a grease baking sheet drop cookies in spoon full on tray flatten with a fork
Bake in preheated oven for 20 min or until cookie is firm
 Protein Ice Cream
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 2 scoop of cookies and creame protein or protein of choice • 1/4 cup cranberries or crushed almonds for toppings
Mix all ingredients together freeze for 10-15 min Serve cold topped with almonds and sprinkles
