What do you do for a living?
I am the Student Services Manager at the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (TTHTI). I am also an International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) Professional Figure Athlete.
On a regular day, what’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
I don’t think of my meals the traditional way – for me it’s pre-workout meal, post-workout meal, and then Meals 3 to 5.
Your favourite cheat meal.
I usually inhale a Snickers bar as soon as I get off stage after a competition! I also love pizza and a good burger or ribs.
If you were a superhero, what would your super power be?
I would love to be able to read people’s minds – I want to know what makes them tick!
Do you think Body Building in T&T has been growing at a good rate over the past five to ten years?
I would say that the interest has been growing during this period, definitely. For the past few years, we have seen several new athletes coming forward who are interested in competing and in representing the country at regional and international events.
Where would you like to see T&T body building in the next 5 to 10 years?
I would love for the sport to achieve the same level of support and respect that football, cricket and athletics currently receive.

Height: 5’,3” Weight: 135 lbs Age: 38 Are you single?
No, I have been married for 13 years.
Describe your husband using 3 words.
Supportive, kind, funny.
What do you guys like to do in your spare time?
Some might call us a boring old married couple – haha – but we really just love going to the movies and the beach. We are both home bodies at heart.
What was the last movie you saw in cinema and how was it?
Because I have been studying, I haven't been to the movies in quite a while, but the last one I saw was The Avengers: Age of Ultron - I love this franchise!
Tell us something no one knows about you.
Most people, except those very close to me, might be surprised to know that I am actually quite shy and introverted.
