 WORKOUT #1, FRAN
It's 21-15-9 of Thrusters and Pull Ups. Men use a 95lb barbell and women use a 65lb barbell. This workout is timed, the reps must be completed with proper form. You must complete 21 reps of thrusters, then 21 reps of pull ups before you move onto the set of 15 and eventually the set of 9. My record time for this is 2:35 seconds.
