Ladies, I know all of us want a nice butt... And gentlemen, we know you guys love to see us ladies with such and have something to grab onto once in a while, but guess what? We like the same too... That’s why I’m going to give you all a workout routine that focuses on developing all areas of the butt, to help sculpt a sexy, well rounded and firm “booty”. So, let's go!
1. Step Back Lunge 1
Start position: Stand upright shoulder width apart. Step one leg back into a kneeling position without knee touching the ground. Squeeze glute and return to start and continuing with the next leg.
Beginners: 10-12 reps Intermediate: 12-15 reps Advance: 15-20 reps with weight
2. Lateral Leg Lift
Start position: Stand shoulder width apart (hands can be placed on waist for balance). Lift leg to the side of the body and squeeze at the top. Now return to start position and continued with the opposite leg.
Note: Do not tilt body when lifting leg try to remain as straight as possible.
Beginners: 10-12 reps
Intermediate: 12-15 reps
Advance: 15-20 reps this can be done with resistance bands)
