 Ingredients
2 riped frozen bananas (which are rich and high in antioxidants and potassium..... It is also what makes this smoothie so Satisfying and because they are frozen there is no need for ice)
1 handful frozen or fresh blueberries (blueberries contain the highest capacity of antioxidants of all fresh fruit and it also aids in reducing belly fat)
Approx 1 cup spinach or kale (leafy greens contain vitamin k which your body uses to activate a range of proteins)
1 tbsp ground flax seeds (this plant food is high in fiber and is a great source of omega-3s)
1-2 seedless dates for added sweetness -optional (dates significantly boost energy levels in people within half an hour of consuming it and can be used as a natural sweetener)
1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk (almond milk offers 30% of your recommended daily amount of calcium and 1 cup contains only 60 calories)
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend till smooth, serve in your favorite glass and enjoy!

This is my "go to" breakfast. It’s very satisfying, high in fiber, naturally sweet and it's a great way to get in a chunk of my greens for the day!
